Frontier, Fact vs. Fiction

Thank you for seeking out Frontier facts.

My name is Roscoe Spencer and I'm the general manager for Frontier Communications in Fort Wayne, Indiana. For the record, I just want to say that Frontier is more "plugged in" than ever.

Recently, one of our competitors put up billboards, placed inserts in the newspapers and sent mailings to customers indicating we had pulled the plug on FiOS. This statement is simply not true, and we have taken legal action to insist that these false claims be stopped immediately. I also placed the ad that brought you to this website.

I thought this might be the best way to introduce myself and address some of the questions you might have about Frontier.

Frontier believes in the benefits that competition brings to our community and our customers. However, we would rather compete on the basis of quality, service and value than false claims.

So, thanks again for visiting. Please stop back periodically to catch up. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me directly at Roscoe@ftr.com.

A lot of false information is being spread about Frontier. The truth is, we're not "pulling the plug" on any of our services.

FRONTIER FiOS IS STILL AVAILABLE AND STILL REMARKABLE.

Frontier offers a choice of Internet services, including our blazing-fast fiber optic network, with speeds up to 50Mb. Additionally, Frontier offers a wide array of Internet, phone and TV options.
